"I came up with the name "Bridges" when I thought about all the relationships we have as Christians. There are bridges that need to be maintained and sometimes established. There is a bridge between us and God. There are also bridges between husbands & wives, between Christians & non-Christians, and also bridges between people who are part of our class fellowship. Keeping a focus on the many bridges in our lives may help us to reach the lost, embrace each other, and seek our God. And of course we shouldn't forget the ultimate bridge that hopefully we all "walk" on every day... the one who gave his life for us so that we could be free." |
